The performance-art movement of the '60s helped dissolve borders between performers and audience across the punk, industrial and noise scenes. Puce Mary's extreme practice is part of this lineage. This talk with Krakow academic and noise specialist Justyna Stasiowska explores how the boundaries between performer and audience have changed over the years, and whether ephemeral live contexts still have the same radical possibility.
